1. Cost estimates given are based on receiving the quantities advised on your enquiry.
2. Cost estimate is valid for 30 days.
3. Eyelets R Us policy is to inspect goods on receipt, if any damage is noted then the customer will be informed immediately before any work commences.
4. Eyelets R Us will advise customers immediately of any problems, errors or delays and resolve any queries as soon as possible.
5. Eyelets R Us ensures consistent high quality workmanship, however goods damaged whilst fitting eyelets will be compensated to a reasonable level. Any damage to goods must be reported to Eyelets R Us within 5 days of receipt.
6. Eyelets R Us must be informed prior to work starting if the goods are of a special value.
7. The quality of the eyelet fittings is dependent on Eyelets R Us being supplied goods that are finished to a high standard.
8. Eyelets R Us will determine the eyelet spacing and distance from top of curtain unless specified otherwise. The standard spacing and distance from top can be calculated using the online calculator (www.eyelets-r-us.co.uk). Customer specific requirements must be entered onto the measurement confirmation form (ref MCF 01). Measurements or additional customer specific requirements expressed on any medium other than form ref MCF 01 will not be accepted as a valid form of communication.
9. Eyelets R Us use our best judgment to ensure a consistent eyelet finish across batches, however minor variation in the eyelets finish is a result of normal process variation and is not deemed as a defect. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a sample if a specific eyelet finish is required.
10. Eyelets R Us aim to turn work around within 10 days from receipt of goods (dependent on the size of order). Specific timescales will be agreed prior to commencement of work.
11. Eyelets R Us will not accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods in transit are insured up to £150. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange alternative transportation or additional insurance if required.
12. Payment must be received with the goods unless agreed otherwise. Cheques will not be cashed until work has been completed. Payment must be received within 30 Days. Late payment will be charged at 5% per month plus costs. Eyelets R Us reserves the right to withhold goods until payment is received.
13. All orders are subject to the above terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
